FULL RENOVATION

This home was a down to the studs renovation. This 80 year old cottage turned from an eye sore into a cozy coastal oasis with 12 foot bi-fold doors that open up to the new 500 sqft deck with views of the rolling hills and ocean. Space optimization was at the forefront of this 950 sqft project and every area was thoughtfully designed to the home owners needs.
